Communications with RCMP National Division
tasked with investigating corruption by Members of Parliament
Part of my submission to the Federal Court of Appeal of April 4th 2024 regarding a failure of the Minister of Justice to do his duty to protect the public and ensure that the administration was in compliance with the law, in good faith.
I contacted the RCMP National Division to report a crime.
Over a series of emails I wrote in early January 2021 whilst watching the storming of the Capitol Building in the USA, I outlined the obstruction of justice by the MOJ.
…and informed the police of the consequences of breaches of our Governing Agreement, the Charter.
The RCMP kept repeating the mandate of their office…
and provided the evidence, and legal arguments to support my accusation.
and precedent to counter the false and misleading statements made by David Lametti,
RCMP attempted to disengage.
But did correctly define the nature of the problem.
But didnt want more evidence, would not examine if I did send anything and would destroy…
RCMP made it clear they were not interested in investigating criminal activity within the justice system leaving me with fewer options to protect myself.
I tried to leave my communication with the RCMP on a positive note and did offer to be available in the future.
I was never contacted for more evidence.
I appeared in Court of Feb 14, 2024 to hear from a Judge regarding a decision for a writ of mandamus, a request for accountability from the Minister of Justice. The judge who heard my request which included submissions regarding a failure in the rule of law throughout the Canadian legal system, didnt show up. I asked the judge who was there what I should do about the RCMP threatening to destroy evidence, he said, “I don’t know sir.”
On Feb 14, 2024 David Lametti invoked the Emergencies Act which gave Cabinet power to bypass the checks and balances of Parliament and the House of Commons, the representatives of the people of Canada.
Sounds very familiar, heavy duty when one weighs in the implications.. we're in a lot of trouble.
