Sorry for your experience. I'm trying to publish the public experience in the legal system as so much of the narrative is controlled by the mutual admiration society of lawyers and judges and their sycophants. Innocent people suffer in their abuse of power.
You are 100% correct ! In my case, we found evidence of fraud by the prosecutor SO, I then had the 'nerve' to file a Rule 59.06 "Fraud Upon the Court" Motion, and in that Divisional Court of Ontario the judge actually says 'we have the evidence before us but we don't feel the need to admit it' (paraphrased around pp 18 or 19) THEN he lies and says that the prosecutor (same guy who committed the original fraud who was ALLOWED to represent himself, all paid by my licensing dues for his self-defense) 'abandoned his 'Emergency Motion to Quash' (filed 5 months AFTER my motion AND only AFTER he saw the evidence I was presenting) BUT he NEVER abandoned it - SO, the legal fees from that day 'should have' flowed TO me BUT NO - the judge levied the legal fees against me THEN when the SCC would NOT hear the case - I filed a Judicial Review .... and GUESS WHO the Ontario Courts let sit to perform the Judicial Review on that case ????? The GUY from whose decision I was seeking a review !!!!! You CAN'T make this up, and I'm pretty sure that Kafka couldn't write this story. GOOD LUCK in your book publication !
