I have lived with this abuse by the legal system for 14 years now from vindictive, lying lawyers who have no concern about defrauding the court. To the injustice of 3 levels of court whose judges did not ask the most relevant question in this case. So how could they make any ruling at all.
We were sued for a breach of Contract and the lawyer said after 31/2 years that he had never seen the contract, so what did he base his case on.
This has never been answered by any judge or court, how is that possible? Let alone the many other things that were done by lawyers and/or judges that caused my case to be buried deeper and deeper, yet the system allows this to happen.
So I believe everything that Mr. Holsworth has posted and what he has written because I have gone through the same thing
As stated above, "Confronting abuse of power in the legal and political system of Canada." It is distressing to observe a system where those in positions of power appear disconnected from the
challenges faced by ordinary citizens seeking justice.
It is shameful when the system is more interested in the protection of its Judges and lawyers at the expense of its citizens, when the only thing these citizens wanted was justice.
It is time for those at the top of the legal system to wake up and answer questions when they are put before them.
